Be sure to complete training for Virginia’s new state-based exchange

Make sure to complete your certification training for Virginia’s new state-based Health Benefit Exchange by October 10, 2023. It must be done by then to make sure your certification is effective when open enrollment begins on November 1, 2023.  

Key Dates:

• 10/10 – Window shopping open on new state-based exchange. Certification training should be completed for 2024 open enrollment.
• 11/1 – Open enrollment begins.
• 1/15/2024 – Open enrollment ends.
