What this means for existing auto-pay members
For Anthem Individual members who currently have an auto-pay draft date other than the first of the month, Anthem will change their draft date to the first of the month beginning with the November 2026 premium payment.
Weekend and/or holiday drafting
If the first of the month falls on a weekend or holiday, the premium draft will occur on the next business day.
Need help?
If the member would like to update their bank account, debit card, or credit card information, or prefer to make payments another way, make sure they visit Anthem.com or the Sydney Health app and follow the steps below:
- Go to Manage Premium Payments.
- Select Manage Autopay.
Changes made after October 15 will take effect with their next applicable monthly bill.
