Anthem engaged Decision Analyst, a third-party research firm, to survey select Small Group and Large Group clients and gather feedback on their EmployerAccess experience.
Decision Analyst will email recipients a survey link beginning February 23. The brief survey will ask about EmployerAccess usage, the dashboard layout, and the availability of marketing materials and resources.
Joint Administrative Agreement (JAA), Labor & Trust, do not contact, high-level suppressions, groups without an active email address, and groups without a medical plan are excluded from the survey.
Clients may also hear about the survey through a news article in EmployerAccess.
