Beginning August 17, 2026, brokers supporting eligible Large Group business (51–249 employees) in select pilot states will receive a new series of implementation emails designed to provide consistent updates throughout the implementation process.
The new communications are part of an effort to create a more consistent implementation experience across participating markets. Instead of relying on individual outreach, you'll receive standardized milestone emails at key points during implementation, so you know where each case stands and what comes next.
The pilot program will launch in Missouri, Kentucky, Ohio, Georgia, and Maine, with expansion to additional blue plan states planned in October. Eligible Large Group cases will receive four milestone emails during implementation:
- Welcome and group set-up
- Enrollment census
- Enrollment ready to send
- Enrollment complete
