Beginning April 1, 2026, brokers and general agents can request quotes for Anthem Balanced Funding (ABF) directly through Producer Toolbox. This enhancement is designed to streamline the quoting process and deliver faster turnaround times.

To help avoid delays in processing your quote requests, please be sure to upload:
- Current renewal.
- Large claims data.
- Claim experience report.
The current ABF quoting mailbox (GASmallGroupABFquoterequest@anthem.com) will remain active and monitored through the end of 2026. After this period, Producer Toolbox will be the primary submission channel.
