Once you receive this important notification, please take action immediately to update your Broker Agreement. Beginning May 1 you will receive an email asking you to log into the Broker Portal and sign the new consolidated Broker Agreement(s). If your contract today is branded: Anthem, Empire Amerigroup, Simply, Unicare You will now sign a contract branded: Anthem Wellpoint The email will be sent from mailbox SoftwareSupport@anthem.com and will include easy-to-follow instructions on how to sign the new consolidated Broker Agreement.
