On August 1, Producer Toolbox will move to Okta, a new security platform, to support future security enhancements.
What to expect
The newly-designed homepage of Producer Toolbox will appear slightly different, and you will now enter your login details as a two-step process.
The first time you log in to Producer Toolbox or the Broker Plus mobile app after the migration, you'll be asked to confirm your email address before accessing the site. This is a one-time step. After you've confirmed this information, you can continue using the portals as you do today.
Additional multi-factor authentication changes are currently planned for early 2027. We'll share more information when those changes take effect.
