Consoliplex, the plan manager for participating MEWA employer groups, continues to complete 1094-B and 1095-B filings on behalf of employers for the 2025 tax year. Filings are on track to meet IRS deadlines.
Due to the transition from mewa.io to a new platform, IRS filing confirmations will not be available in the current system.
Key dates to know
- March 31, 2026: mewa.io access ends
- April 1–5, 2026: System blackout period
- April 6, 2026: The Hub launches
- Starting April 6, 2026: IRS confirmations and related communications available in The Hub
What to expect
Beginning April 6, all ACA filing confirmations and related updates will be delivered through The Hub. Brokers and employer groups will receive instructions from Consoliplex to access the new platform at launch.

No action is needed at this time. Encourage your clients to watch for The Hub access details and transition communications in early April.
